First Cubby for cities, nonprofits & schools

First Cubby is a free, honest directory of local preschools — real published tuition, verified state licensing and inspection records, hours, ratios, and program details, with no login and no pay-to-play. If your organization helps parents, you're welcome to link to it or hand it out as a free resource. It costs you nothing and gives the families you serve a neutral place to compare their options.

Why organizations link to us

• Genuinely free. No account, no paywall, no "unlock" — every listing, tuition figure, and licensing record is open to any parent.
• Honest, verified data. We publish real tuition straight from schools' own materials and state child-care license & inspection records verified against the official database. We never invent a number — a blank means the school hasn't published it.
• Neutral. Schools can't pay to rank or be listed, and product links never affect our rankings. That's why a referral organization can stand behind it.
• We never sell family data. No lead-selling, no reselling parents' information. (See our privacy policy.)
• Local & specific. There's a page for your city with the actual programs, costs, and licensing in your area — plus plain-language guides on what preschool costs and help paying for it.

• Add a link. Put First Cubby on your community-resources or parent-resources page. This is the most helpful thing you can do — it takes 30 seconds (snippet below).
• Include us in a handout or newsletter. We'll send a one-page, printable flyer for your city that you can hand to families or drop in a welcome packet.
• Co-branded city page. For agencies serving a whole metro, we'll build and maintain a page for your city's families and keep the data current — you just link to it.
